WHAT IS BELIEF CODING?
A pioneering modality that was created by Jessica Cunningham and it uses elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix Re-imprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy Healing
Also, Belief Coding is a method that taps into your subconscious to understand where certain thoughts and beliefs come from. As a result it enables us in a simple and affective way to safely change self-limiting beliefs that do not serve us any longer.
Belief coding changes the limiting belief at a subconscious level directly. This is important because 95% of the time we are on autopilot, in fact our subconscious is actually running the show
Most of our subconscious beliefs were formed in the first 7 years of our life, so our experiences throughout our lives form our reality, our belief systems, our character, morals, ethics and so much more. This is where our behaviours attitudes and perception of life come from

As a result are then able to rewire your negative limiting beliefs and emotions and transform them into positive, empowering beliefs and feelings
HOW LONG DOES BELIEF CODING TAKE TO WORK
The results can be felt instantly, a fear or phobia can be tested instantly, an anxiety you have identified will go or shift instantly but other feelings or emotions may take a few hours, or days or maybe even a week to notice the difference, it really depends on what you want to work on
You will however start to see yourself doing things differently and you will start to see yourself reacting to certain situations differently, it really depends on
how traumatic the event was and how your reflection felt will determine how instant the shift will be.
There could be a secondary emotion attached or another stronger belief attached, so it may be tricker to shift instantly but it is possible over time and further sessions

REIKI. WHAT CAN IT HELP WITH?
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. Reiki is often translated as “universal life energy” or “spiritually guided life force energy.”
The practice of Reiki involves a practitioner using their hands to channel this life energy to the recipient, with the aim of promoting healing and balance in the body, mind, and spirit. The underlying belief is that disruptions or imbalances in the flow of life energy can lead to physical or emotional ailments, and by facilitating the flow of this energy, one can restore balance and promote overall well-being.
